Oops
Went to visit my girlfriend in Toronto, so it was more of a cheat weekend. I’m also going away this weekend but will hopefully maintain. Beer is so hard to give up
Day 2 - Lunch
Can of Tuna
1/2 cup White Kidney Beans
1/4 cup Baby Carrots
1/4 cup Cucumbers
Day 2 -Breakfast
I was running late today so I wasn’t able to eat within the 1st 30 minutes of waking up. I also had to put it in a container to eat it in class.
Since I don’t want to take a picture IN class (I might get some weird looks) I’ll describe my meal this morning:
- 1 whole egg
-egg whites
- black beans
-mushrooms
-salsa
Woo!
Finally an app for my blackberry. Hopefully this will give me to motivation to monitor my 4HB progress. Starting today

Earthquake
I was at work when the earthquake happened today - it was pretty weird as it is not a common Ottawa thing. It was also weird as I was in a strange building helping out some people I didn’t know and had left my purse at my cubicle where my phone, car keys and bus pass was.

At work
My 5:30 mornings are getting long. I hate it when my contacts stick to my eyes.
Went to Guess last night and bought a top. Should not have. I felt bad because the sales girl helped me for a good 1 and a half so I almost felt obligated to buy… this is what happens when you work in retail and are sympathetic.

Except there’s no traffic on the roads at 6:30 in the morning so I actually got downtown at 7:20.
Bed time, work in 7 hours
Tomorrow's Schedule
5:30 am: Wake up
6:30 am: Leave house
8:00 am - 4:00 pm: Get to first day of job at Correctional Services
5:30 pm - 7:00 pm: School seminar
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm: Class Lecture
11:15 pm : Get back to car
11:45 pm : Get home

So today I spent most of the day at Melissa’s house suntanning by her pool. Eventually I decide to leave but just put on a Styx t-shirt, leave my bathing suit bottoms on and wore my cowboy boots on my feet since my flip flops were easier to carry. (Cowboy boots were from karaoke the night before).

Just spent the past hour and forty five minutes
cutting my grass. I have a lot of property so on our ride lawnmower it takes about a total of 2 or so hours to cut it all. Thankfully I didn’t have to cut it all, but midway through cutting I start to smell this burning smell and I think to myself “Oh fuck this is the first time I havent checked the gas because I’m a cocky son of a bitch and figured I would be fine…...

I need the weather to become nicer and stay like that. There’s a beach near me that I’m hoping to spend a lot of time at. It’s not actually a beach - when I was five years old it was. Now it’s more like a weed invested litter box in between two houses.

Decisionss
Contemplating moving in with Matt in September. It would be 400 bucks a month, groceries NOT included. Yes I’m a poor university student but my sanity craves it. I want to get out of my house (againnnn).
Tough decision mostly because I know there would probably be frowning occuring on me.

Went to the Cabin last night - I’ve never been there before. It was alright with it’s cowboy boots and cowboy hats… but I’ve never been a big fan of long washroom lineups.

Night Class
Yay for summer school on wednesdays from 7 - 10 pm. Why am I doing this to myself? Plus when I left it was pouring rain and an hour and a half later when I’m finally home and in bed, it stops.
